Looking out across the water at sunset is a simple city skyline where the Notia-70! communications tower sits in the center. With multiple antennae, signals, and lights, it's the main hub that networks and provides power to all electronic devices for the surrounding area. On the first floor sits the lobby and customer service centers, while the the middle section houses the data servers and repair stations. The top most section is mainly filled with corporate offices and the most top-secret intel it has gathered. In front of the tower are two buildings, the left is a hotel for city guests with giant windows and the right smaller building is an apartment complex.
